Channels (e.g., e-banking, mobile banking, Client Advisor portal) and underlying capabilities (e.g., CRM, Profiling, Marketing & Sales) are being further digitized and improved. To cope with supporting and increasing demand, the team will be expanded with qualified new members in Client, Sales Planning and Measurement environment.
In this role, you will be developing and implementing future oriented solutions as a stream lead. Key activities include:
Lead projects/subprojects in coordination with front office stakeholders, product managers and IT
Sounding and consolidation of business requirements from various stakeholders
Definition of strategic and tactical solutions
Preparation of technical implementation and testing in close collaboration with IT organization
Support of solution roll out (e.g., communication, education) and sales process

Within Multichannel Management & Digitization (MM&D) we define and drive the execution of the multi-channel strategy and the digital transformation of UBS to become a leading multi-channel bank. The team within MM&D defines, manages, functionally supports and further develops capabilities in the area of marketing & sales processes, advanced analytics and warehouse. This role will become an integral part of this team and support these initiatives. The role will be located in our MM&D Zurich office.
Your experience and skills:
You are expected to have:
preferably a university degree with technical background or banking/finance
experience and interest in marketing and sales software-products as well as (international) project management in banking environment
financial business/process understanding in Retail-/ Corporate Banking and Wealth Management
previous experience and strong affinity with digitization and planning solutions
strong analytical and conceptual skills in sales reporting/measurement area and ability to successfully lead solutioning processes
very good skills in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
You are expected to be:
well versed in communicating and interacting with various stakeholders
highly engaged and able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure
excellent in written and spoken English and German
