UBS Financial Services Innovation Knowledge Manager in Zürich, Switzerland

We are looking for a driven and dynamic new member of the Group Innovation Team at UBS, which is part of the Group Chief Technology Office. You will join a highly motivated and innovative team and with a clear focus on driving innovation change and collaboration with the different business divisions globally on implementation of new technology.
In close cooperation with the UBS Technology and Innovation communities and the business divisions, you will be part of a program to accelerate innovation on all UBS business areas (Investment Bank, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Retail banking and Corporate banking) across the relevant front-end channels and backend systems and to drive the transformation of the financial industry through technology with UBS.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
Manage communication about the Group innovation team internally and externally
Identify and execute diffusion of knowledge on innovation learnings at UBS
Manage the knowledge repository on innovation activity at UBS to build a learning organization (connections, websites, sharepoint)
Support stakeholder communication through preparation of analytics, briefings and talking points
Deliver reports and updates to the Head of Innovation and Senior management on a monthly basis

Your experience and skills:
An ideal candidate will have
• Excellent university education in business or technology or communications
• Very good experience in a bank or technology company with focus on innovation, technology or client facing capability
• Good experience with internet, intranet and social media publishing
• Project management and ability to execute structured and efficiently in cooperation with other teams in the organization
• Analytical skills, strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and networking skills including strong written and presentation skills
• Solution-oriented, motivated and self-challenging personality with a good balance of creativity and efficiency
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
