Your role:

Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk? Do you know how to make the right call in challenging situations? We’re looking for someone like that who:

  • act as subject matter expert for the cross-border framework with focus on risk monitoring and assessments, related policies, processes and controls and issue tracking

  • initiate, support and track global e2e implementation required due to changes in policy framework (e.g. documents, processes, controls, training curriculum, etc.)

  • drive the global cross-border and AEI/FATCA governance and run and/or support the governance committees, such as the global Cross-border Operating Committee and respective sub-committees

  • lead or support projects/special assignments related to the cross-border and AEI/FATCA framework

  • represent cross-border and AEI/FATCA topics in relevant decision bodies or working groups

The Competence Center Cross-border Framework is mandated to ensure the maintenance and future development of the divisional cross-border and AEI/FATCA framework. For this purpose, the Competence Center closely cooperates with relevant specialist units (Legal, C&ORC, Business University, Group Tax, Internal and External Audit, etc.) as well as the Business Units of GWM and P&C globally.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • an University or professional school (FH) degree

  • a minimum 5 years' experience within the Wealth Management environment, e.g. in a Business, Risk or Regulatory Management, Legal or Compliance function

  • strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to understand complex procedures and processes; risk and/or project management skills of advantage

  • drive and commitment as well as the strength to motivate others

  • excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German

You are:

  • an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills

  • well versed in interacting with different stakeholders

  • proactive and hands-on as well customer-orientated

  • a proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
