This role translates requirements into concepts and detailed web solutions, focusing on UX and UCD and applying an iterative prototyping development process in close alignment with business advisors, business partners, product owners and creative solutions team. The UX & Governance team supports in the delivery of complex digital projects, ensures quality and design compliance for key deliveries, and acts as the user-advocate and as subject matter expert on UX trends and best practices

The UX & Governance team is part of the Digital Channels team within Group Marketing & Communications Services (GMCS). Team members are located in Wroclaw and Zurich, team head in Zurich. The recently established UX & Governance function strengthen the GMCS capability to provide an optimal user experience across channels, driving client acquisition, conversion and retention.
Your experience and skills:
higher education, in UX Design, Human Interaction Design, Digital Marketing or Communication
minimum 4 years of UX work experience, ideally in a digital production environment (e.g. agency)
demonstrable in-depth understanding of User Experience methodologies and principles, UCD (user-centered design) and web accessibility principles
expertise in UX prototyping tools such as Axure, InVision, Balsamiq and basic knowledge in frontend development. Knowledge in alternative publishing and collaboration platforms such as Confluence and JIRA is a plus
knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Analytics, Campaign, Target and Audience Manager) and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is preferred
excellent English skills (verbal and written)
