Your role:

Are you task-driven and detail-oriented, especially when multitasking? We are looking for someone like that to:

  • Support the Social Media publishing process, including key access controls

  • Assist in development and carrying out of training and ongoing platform support for Social Media Stakeholders

  • Assist in the carrying out of our SoMe Policy Key Procedural Controls.

  • Compile data for Governance Team Key Performance Indicators.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of analytics reports

  • Reporting and removing fake social media accounts.

Your team:

The Social Media Publishing Specialist will support the Social Media Production Head located in Wroclaw as well as the Governance and Strategy teams located in Zurich.

Your experience and skills:

Required experience & skills:

  • 3+ years in Project Management roles (preferably digital marketing field.)

  • A good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • Professional experience in Social Media publishing natively and via tools such as Hootsuite.

  • Experience with Social Listening tools such as TalkWalker.

  • Experience with JIRA, Tableau, Adobe Analytics a strong plus.

  • Experience in administrative and analytical task management; extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) are a must.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory (German is a plus)
