Your role:

Are you task-driven and detail-oriented, especially when multitasking? We are looking for someone like that to:

  • Manage Social Media role nomination processes, including key access controls

  • Manage the Social Media Inventory process

  • Assist in development and carrying out of training and ongoing support for Social Media Stakeholders

  • Assist in the carrying out of our SoMe Policy Key Procedural Controls.

  • Compile data for Governance Team Key Performance Indicators.

  • Contribute to special projects reviewing and managing social media tools.

Your team:

The Social Media Process Specialist will support the Social Media Production Head located in Wroclaw as well as the Social Media Governance and Strategy teams located in Zurich.

Your experience and skills:

Required experience and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in Project Management roles (preferably digital marketing field.)

  • A good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • Professional experience in Social Media publishing natively and via tools such as Hootsuite.

  • Experience with Social Listening tools such as TalkWalker, an advantage.

  • Experience in administrative and analytical task management; extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) are a must.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory (German is a plus)

  • Knowledge of up-to-date social media trends and latest tools

  • An accurate and very precise work ethic.
