UBS Financial Services Branch Office Administrator in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Your role:

Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We're looking for someone like that who can provide operational and administrative support to the branch. As a Branch Office Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and broader management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing a cordial welcome to clients and guests

  • Maintain and manage conference rooms and reception area

  • Coordinate and plan branch office meetings and other branch office activities including purchasing and facilities management

  • Process the check deposits and disbursements

  • Support and help to drive strategic firm initiatives
