UBS Financial Services Workforce Management Specialist in Weehawken, New Jersey

Your role:

  • Provide administrative, technical and professional support in Operational Management Team

  • Cooperate with Project Delivery/ Production and Service functions across UBS

  • Provide overall organization around Program Delivery, Senior Management and Stakeholders meetings including preparing meeting materials, agendas, recording minutes and action items and following up on actions

  • Lead the T&E Process (managing the travel requests and controlling the budget)

  • Daily work with Program Managers, sending the requests about statuses, achievements, gathering the feedback

  • Prepare reports and data analysis for Operational Management Team functions

  • Collection and establishment of the communication channels, materials & papers for Finance Technology townhalls, summits and workshops

  • Support the Operational Risk remediation process & High Privileged Users managing

  • Taking part in ad-hoc tasks related to Operational Management

Your experience and skills:

• previous experience in Operational, Project Management, PMO experience will be a plus

• excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language

• excellent MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Program Management training/ certificate is a plus (PMP CAPM, ITIL, PRINCE2)

• ability to work well in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

• ability to multitask and to meet specific goals set by supervisors and management

• outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience

• willingness to understand client's business context and to analyze and solve issues also in more complex environment
