UBS Financial Services Process and Controls Analyst - CCAR in Weehawken, New Jersey
Process documentation-support process owners and managers with documenting CCAR processes, compile all CCAR process documentation which is part of the submission to the FRB.
CCAR controls- work closely with process owners on ensuring CCAR controls are implemented, designed and operating effectively and issues are appropriately reported and are sustainably remediated. In this role, you will work closely with senior business stakeholders, You will play an active role in mitigation of risks and implementation of both regional and global risk frameworks.

This position is within the UBS CCAR Process and Controls team, you will be working in a team which is part of the overall CCAR project at UBS and which is driven out of the Weehawken office. The functional owner of this project is Finance however you will be working with many other functions such as Risk, Business
Your experience and skills:
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience at a financial institution or a major consultancy firm.
An expert at building networks and connections
Known for hitting deadlines
Able to deal with changing requirements and challenges
Creative and pragmatic in finding solutions
CCAR background strongly preferred
Regulatory background and or risk management desired.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to interact with colleagues and senior management
Driven and committed team player
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
High attention to detail
English (verbal and written)
Excellent MS-Office knowledge
PMP certification is a plus
