Your role:

– Develop required IT database solutions in Monitoring & Oversight by analyzing business functional/technical requirements and assist in implementing them

– In requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and provide inputs and solutions based on current and target state of the application

– Support the technical development lead and global team by working on the prioritized changes and ensure delivery of well tested, signed-off and fit-for-purpose solutions

– Assist in quality control and project management

– identify and work with people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements

Your team:

You will be working in the Monitoring & Oversight Delivery team as ETL Developer in the US Geography. The team engages with various different projects and is responsible for Monitoring & Oversight change deliveries.

Your expertise:

You have:

-four year bachelors degree or the international equivalent in computer science, math physics, engineering or a related field

-deep understanding of all aspects of the application development and support life cycle

-strong skills in analysis, design, development, testing and support/troubleshooting with deep specialist skills in database, Informatica, Oracle, web, reporting, data modelling and data warehousing technologies.

-fluent in development methods, tools and techniques, systems design and architecture

-comfortable leading teams, with people from a diversity of backgrounds and cultures – especially working with outsourced and distributed teams

-well-developed business communication skills – both written and verbal

-ability to naturally facilitative approach to problem solving

-strong personal prioritization and time management

-extensive experience in Unix, ETL (Informatica), Oracle PL SQL and/or Actimize.

You are:

-technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability

-confidence to challenge assumptions and ‘pushback’ on unreasonable demands where necessary

-curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
