Manage and maintain CRE policy and procedures
Manage annual/quarterly/monthly attestation processes for policy/procedures, CRE employee trading activity review, end user application and data privacy reporting
Manage first line business testing on key CRE controls
Lead and support key CRE Compliance-related projects
Advise the first line CRE business and vendor partners on Compliance and Risk issues
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure interconnectivity of the first line CRE Compliance and Risk framework with the larger organization
Advise the CRE business of issue(s) remediation processes for areas of responsibility with appropriate risk alignment

Working as part of the Business Risk Management team, you will be responsible for the first line of defense for the CRE business by supporting and challenging the compliance and risk integrity of the origination process, servicing, monitoring and secondary market plays. The focus will lie on supporting the business and compliance strategy to support key business objectives through a strong culture of compliance and control management.
Your experience and skills:
5– 10 years' experience with strong knowledge of consumer finance regulations, statutes and agency guidelines
Experience working in a similar regulated organizational structure with cross-function interaction
Experience working and interacting with colleagues at all levels, from front line to senior leadership teams, on complex compliance, risk and regulatory issues
Understanding of the financial services industry, CRE and other Bank lending products
High problem-solving skills
Experience communicating and liaising with multiple stakeholders and an ability to lead a project, work independently or as part of a team
