UBS Financial Services Business Manager - Americas CFO in Weehawken, Connecticut
Are you a detail-oriented multi-tasker who enjoys making sure things run smoothly and can build strong partnerships? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the Americas Chief Financial Officer's (CFO's) Chief of Staff to ensure a smooth running of operations. You’ll:
- lead the annual and monthly forecasting and costs process, provide commentary and analysis on operating plan changes and ensure functions are managing within their operating plans
– provide organizational support, including compliance with firm policies, managing the space requirements and office floor plan across the Tristate region, coordinating the annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) reviews and regional testing, deliver BCM awareness training, acting as a lead BCM contact for the Americas CFO team
– coordinate various internal and external communications, including websites, organizational charts and distribution lists
– support the CFO's Chief of Staff in the delivery of day-to-day activities, including coordination of business priorities, people management and communication activities

You’ll be working in the Americas CFO team which is part of Group Finance within the Corporate Center division of UBS, and is located in Weehawken, NJ. We provide advice and challenge to the business on its activities, performance and strategy to optimize the use of the firm's financial resources, and are the primary point of contact for senior management on Finance matters. This role will closely interact with the CFO's Chief of Staff to support the delivery of day to day activities.
Your experience and skills:
–\thighly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
–\tconfidence to challenge the status quo and demonstrate strong risk awareness
–\tseveral years of accounting or project experience in a fast-paced, global environment and seeking an expanded role into management support
–\tpreferably worked in a financial services, accounting or consulting firm
–\tdemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
–\ta strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
–\tresult and deadline oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
