Employee Conduct team of Japan Compliance & Operation Risk (C&ORC) is mainly composed of providing guidance on employee licensing & registration, personal account dealing, external directorsip, regular affirmation process and Compliance trainings.
We also make sure internal policies are followed and our
reputation is protected from legal and regulatory risks.
Your experience and skills:
an understanding of the Japanese regulatory environment and expectation
excellent detailed-oriented skill sets to prepare accurate documentations to be filed with Japanese regulators.
a self starter with a demonstrable ability to work independently, identify issues and recommend remediation.
Native level Japanese language skill and fluent in English
