• SME on the Ops Client Services area including client on boarding and client life cycle management
• Manage the day to day production works in Ops Client Services team
• Lead the team to implement the system enhancements, regulatory changes and new initiatives
• Comply with the regulations, guidelines and SOP
• Provide the support and advice for front and middle office staffs

– Wealth experience of Ops Client Services and client on boarding in the financial industry
– Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements of Client on boarding & KYC requirements
– Good organization and communication skills
– Good people management skills
– always professional (but you have the human touch)
– adaptable with strong interpersonal skills
– able to work under pressure
– fluent in English
