You’ll be working in the APAC Cash Equities Technology Business Analyst / Project Management team. Our role is to manage and drive technology change projects across the Equities Electronic Trading platform in APAC.
The team consists of BA/PMs with in-depth knowledge of the Cash Equities business, and technology that supports it. This is a highly regarded team who add value by delivering high quality cross-system and cross-product projects. This team works closely with counterparts in US and EMEA. The team has knowledge of multiple flows including but not limited to Direct Market Access, Algorithmic Trading, Portfolio Trading and Worked Order flow. They are also working across inventory management, risk management, and post-trade processing (booking and trade reporting) functions.
Your experience and skills:
-A background in Computer Science / Engineering
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working results
Experience working across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment
-Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing high quality work
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Knowledge of Cash Equities and/or FX, Derivatives
-Proven experience of effectively managing business-critical projects that span change across multiple systems and delivered by multiple teams
-Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery working results
It would be great if you have:
Knowledge of APAC Cash Equity markets
Knowledge of APAC Regulations
– Passionate about technology and driving the development of IT systems and applications
– Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions in a high energy environment
– Fluent in English
