UBS Financial Services Executive Assistant in Sydney, Australia

We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the Compliance & Operational Risk Control (\"C&ORC\") team in Australia and the Regional Head of C&ORC for the Investment Bank in Asia Pacific.
You should be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. You should be highly organised and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be proficient with technology and systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word (ideally including a familiarity with styles), Excel and PowerPoint. You will need to work with limited supervision and maintain a professional manner with internal and external parties. You’ll:
manage and maintain calendars, including conference calls, vacation, travel and client meetings
assist with incoming and outgoing communications and coordination of department meetings in Australia and offshore
provide administrative and organisational support, including providing assistance with expense administration processing invoices
coordinate various external communications material, including regulatory correspondence

Your experience and skills:
5+ years relevant administrative experience, Financial Services or legal background beneficial
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Works collaboratively with all areas of the bank to ensure client and business requirements are met at a consistently high level
Is resilient and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in all forms i.e. written, verbal and electronic

very well organised and able to prioritise key tasks
able to work flexible hours, when needed
