– manage the whole recruitment process for our GCOO area which is Technology, Operations, Real Estate and other Corporate Services
– directly manage a team of 5 whilst also leveraging other HR colleagues around the region to assist in the hiring of roles in non-hub locations
– identify, pipeline (create talent pools of candidates that we would want to hire) and hire the right candidates
– build relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners
– work closely with colleagues in other HR teams
– make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience

Reporting to our APAC Regional Recruiting Lead, Corporate Centre (Hong Kong based) you'll be based in Singapore and manage a team of 5 experienced recruiters located in both Hong Kong and Singapore. You'll also be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by getting the right candidates.
Your experience and skills:
– worked in a similar position for a large financial services institution or on behalf of such institutions from within an external recruitment/search firm
– experience in recruiting Technology professionals at all levels of seniority
– a network of contacts and candidates within the industry
– experience of leading/managing people
– passionate about human resources and know the level of service our people have
– an excellent negotiator and communicator
– always professional (but you have the human touch)
– fluent in English with Mandarin language skills a nice to have but not required
