Your role:

Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects or

assignments? Do you have strong business risk acumen and analytical

skills? Are you familiar with control frameworks and can challenge the business? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

  • challenge and support front office staff around risk topics and decision making

  • support the location BRO (Business Risk Organization) team in ongoing

risk assessments as well as risk initiative/framework implementation

  • work well with team members, business partners from all parts of the

organization including Senior Management

  • drive risk initiatives independently and ability to lead others

  • analyze data sets and identify potential areas of concern from a

risk perspective

  • conduct trainings for the front office and help drive a positive risk

culture throughout the organization

  • completed higher education

  • experience in risk management, compliance, operational risk or internal audit

  • a comprehensive understanding of wealth management business and the regulatory requirements

  • strong analytical, organizational and project management skills

  • passion for efficient, timely and professional delivery of pragmatic and practicable solutions

You are:

  • a systematic thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • team-orientated, while able to complete tasks independently

  • a great communicator, with the ability to clearly articulate the rationale for decisions made

  • strong risk manager who can stand firm when being challenged
