UBS Securities LLC seeks Executive Directors, Sales Traders / Electronic Sales in New York, NY to supervise and manage desk of five Sales traders in New York. Ensure day to day smooth running of electronic trading desk. . Participate in account and relationship management of client base consisting of institutional clients and asset managers. Participate as Execution Captain for strategically important clients to the equities franchise. Participate in growing electronic trading import business, including European and APAC based asset managers trading electronically into Americas. Deliver electronic trading solutions to U.S. clients trading global equity markets through UBS. Participate in execution consulting, including performing client transactional cost analysis and introducing performance efficiencies that support client needs and generate revenue for UBS. Design and deliver complex bespoke algorithmic trading solutions to improve workflow efficiencies for sophisticated global client base that support client needs and generate revenue for UBS. Develop client relationships, providing clients with execution consultancy, transaction cost analysis, market structure expertise and deep product knowledge to help them navigate our execution offering effectively. Participate in product development, including working closely with UBS' Quantitative Analysts, Product Developers, Algorithmic Traders, Marketers, and Technologists to improve the features, functionalities, and competitiveness of UBS trading products, using feedback from global clients to further improve these product. Identify and cross sell UBS's product suite to existing client base. Manage and monitor client orders in equities executed via the electronic trading platform. Identify issues affecting client orders and mitigate risk. Deliver sustainable revenue growth. Make strategic plans to expand existing client base and grow market share in electronic trading globally. Follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits and guidelines.

Your experience and skills:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related position supporting institutional execution sales: participating in transactional execution consulting, including client transactional cost analysis and introducing performance efficiencies; working with market microstructure topics related to Global Equities markets; developing bespoke algorithmic trading solutions; developing client relationships including providing execution consultancy, transaction cost analysis, and market structure expertise; performing speaking engagements and communicating with clients on quantitative and technical subject matters; utilizing financial software applications including Bloomberg, Reuters, third party order management and execution management systems, and Microsoft Office. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in any field and two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry to meet the educational requirement. *LI-N
