We are looking for someone who will support in all things related to:
– Working effectively and building relationships with other Executive Assistants, to coordinate meetings, video calls and conference calls, around the globe
– Provide high quality administrative support to EC level Equities management
– Professionally answer phone calls, receive messages and direct general inquiries to the appropriate managers on the team
– Directing client inquiries and assisting with bespoke requests where applicable
– Logistics including global travel and expenses

You will be based in New York working within Americas Equities on the Trading Floor.
Your experience and skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook a must
Experience and strong working knowledge of the Equities, Fixed Income or UBS Corporate Center businesses
Proficiency in UBS internal systems including NEO, Optima, Coupa, SAP, EventPortal, EZTravel, TRACT, BRC, eAccess
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – at all levels including C-Suite Management
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly
Collaborate with other assistants as part of a strong, cross functional team
Ideally 5+ years of hands on administrative support
Bachelor degree preferred
