Your role:

  • Manage incoming service requests and take leadership from assigning to completing requests

  • Work closely with the publishers team to deliver all types of digital marketing projects and requests

  • Advise and support global and local stakeholders in the delivery of intranet and internet projects and takes over responsibility for the delivery of complex web project

  • Monitor and drive production of complex digital projects

  • Ensure quality, KPI compliance and brand compliance for the output of the publishers teams

  • Create rich, interactive and fully responsive web experience using HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript

  • Publish online content across multiple web channels to ensure a consistent, relevant and timely execution

  • Help optimizing pages to improve content effectiveness and increase user engagement (low bounce rate, page views, time spent per page visit etc.)

  • Manage backend site structure in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) through JIRA content publishing requests

  • Lifecycle and clean up tasks to reduce unused content in AEM

Your team:

As a specialist with UBS you will form a leadership role in the Digital Publishing Team to help manage and assign all publishing requests. You will act as an SME for AEM Components and ensure ad hoc and sensitive publishing services meet the time and quality standards. You will be part of the team that manages, intranet and e-mail marketing. We strive for excellent customer experience and ensure that all our services are on-brand, cost efficient and fully compliant with all UBS policies.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer/engineering

  • 5+ years as a senior web development experience with solid CMS background

  • Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and object-oriented JavaScript

  • Deep understanding of cross browser, cross device, and performance considerations

You are:

  • Knowledgeable of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Analytics, Campaign, Target and Audience Manager) and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - including the ability to document and explain technical items/issues clearly

  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
