You'll be working with the Employment legal team. We are responsible for managing employment litigation across all business divisions in all fifty states, Puerto Rico, Latin America, Canada, and the Caribbean. You'll be working with lawyers and paralegals located in Nashville, Weehawken, New York and Stamford as well as internal departments throughout the U.S.
Your experience and skills:
work in a similar Paralegal or Law Clerk function is helpful
experience in preparing and maintaining legal documents and records
quantitative analytical experience and the ability to interpret data
excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak with attorneys representing external parties
financial services, litigation and/or employment law experience helpful
ability to draft legal documents such as pleadings and discovery requests responses
a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
a good communicator with excellent analytical skills, used to interacting with colleagues at all levels
capable of working under tight deadlines and multi-tasking projects at different stages simultaneously
