This is a high profile regulatory role within the Regulatory Transaction Reporting group. As part of the Reporting Team, the individual will have accountability for timely resolution of exceptions to ensure full reporting to the Trade Repositories.
The role will provide challenges delivering and maintaining high standards of reporting, increasing the efficiency of processes across the group and ensuring all global management and regulators requirements are fulfilled. The role does offer the potential for increased responsibility in the future and exposure to new/additional regulations.

This role sits within the Regulatory Reporting Team, which is part of the Investment Banking Operations division within the UBS Group.
The Regulatory Reporting Team perform exception analysis, act as a regulatory reporting SME point of contact for other teams internal to UBS, as well as acting as a client interface for queries raised by UBS's clients.
This service includes transaction / valuation and collateral reporting to UK Regulators for all Asset classes including Rates, Credit, FX, Equity and ETD.
The team additionally consult on changes to any existing regulations as well as any new/ upcoming regulations.
Your experience and skills:
• OTC Derivative knowledge essential with an understanding of UK Transaction Reporting Regulations being advantageous
• Analytical mind set to resolve immediate issues with tactical solutions with a view on strategic solutions
• Comfortable with data manipulation, ideally with good excel skills
• Strong risk and control mind set, with strong communication skills, drive and commitment
• Good interpersonal skills, as the role requires interaction with many different people in an intense environment
• Ability to demonstrate process improvements/enhancements
