– maximize profitable revenues in flow equity derivatives, executing strategic plans to expand and maintain the existing client base
– execute strategic plans to expand and maintain existing client base and present new business ideas to clients
– work closely with the European and International sales in the US to broaden client reach and co-ordinate coverage as well as liaising with European flow desk and Strategy teams
– identify issues affecting clients and to provide clients with market information and market commentary

You’ll be working in the Equity Derivatives Sales team in London. You will be working mainly with institutional clients and provide clients' access to solutions in derivatives. Your role will require strong integration into the existing team and practices, with an ability to support team members, and meet client's requirements across flow equity derivatives business.
Your experience and skills:
–\texcellent client skills
–\tprior experience in covering HF and institutional accounts
–\tdemonstrable experience working collaboratively with internal teams
–\tstrong problem solving skills, able to identify issues affecting clients
–\twell versed in both symmetric derivative products (swaps) and asymmetric derivative products (optionality)
–\tfamiliar with volatility products (variance swaps), exotics and structured vol
–\ta strategic and creative thinker, able to gather information and translate research to analyze the market
–\tskilled in keeping market-making traders and sales traders abreast of the relevant issues with their customers
