Your role:

We're looking for someone to help us:

– lead a team to deliver seamless advice to line managers and senior stakeholders, work closely with colleagues in other HR teams

– develop the knowledge, skills and experience of team members

– manage team activities to achieve performance targets, operational level agreements and service levels

– see that the team is collaborating with internal partners to deliver the best service

– handle non-standard queries from all divisions, and on all levels

You'll be working in the Service Delivery team in Krakow. We support EMEA countries with no local HR presence on the ground and keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone or through our ticketing system.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– team management experience [optional: deputy of the TL]

– excellent organizational skills

– the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude

– an aptitude for dealing with non standard queries

  • ability to navigate in complex matrix driven organization
