− Execute projects within the portfolio of our Strategic Initiatives function – these can be very diverse in nature, but all have the common objective to improve processes within Technology Services Security
− Be on top of strategic topics such as automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and many others and assess their relevance to Technology Services Security
− Analyze the current state and recommend potential target state – in that, analyze complex situations and reduce them to the relevant underlying principles to identify improvement opportunities
− Navigate vast amounts of information and identify manners to visualize or otherwise represent them in simple ways to enable decision making
− Build strong and productive relationships within and beyond Technology Services Security to drive strategic initiatives that are aligned with wider strategy of Technology and UBS overall

You will work in the Strategic Initiatives function within Infrastructure and Security Engineering (ISE). This job will require you to interact and engage with a wide variety of people and functions across Technology Services Security itself, Technology overall, the Chief Information Security Office, and many other areas within UBS.
Your experience and skills:
− At least 5 years' experience in relevant analyst or project management roles in Technology, Risk, or Security
− A sound understanding of defining and operating repeatable processes and effective governance structures
− Experience in analyzing complex situations and reducing them to the relevant underlying principles
− Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise clearly and effectively
− Knowledge of and experience in project management
− Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
− Proactive, initiative and self-motivated with excellent problem analysis skills and solution synthesis
− Able to take ownership of issues and drive them
− Able to understand complex issues quickly
− Set priorities according to technical as well as strategic considerations
− Detail-oriented, with structured, organized, and methodical planning skills
