UBS Financial Services Senior Project Manager in Kraków, Poland

Your role:

Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

  • effectively manage all aspects of projects or streams of large, complex and transformation programs from planning and through to execution

  • lead the end-to-end planning, delivery, project office, and control of projects based on the objectives, scope, and resources agreed by the project stakeholders

  • lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver the project objectives according to the quality standards

  • manage project progress reporting such as financial reports, resource forecasts, benefits tracking, and risks & issues

  • facilitate the identification and application of common business change, process re-design, for the benefit of the project teams

  • develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders

  • manage and coach directly or indirectly allocated resources

  • build and maintain cross functional and team relationships within PMC, Business Divisions Corporate Center functions and (for all roles)

  • contribute to PMC internal development initiatives with the production of client proposals and the development of knowledge/methods standards (for all roles)

Your team:

You will be working in the Project Management & Consulting (PMC) team, a dynamic, driven and diverse team of consulting professionals. We are a newly established function set up to provide critical business projects with enhanced project execution and design capabilities for UBS global Business Divisions and Group Functions (Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Bank and Corporate Center). The team is part of UBS's Corporate Development & Performance unit and supports all divisions and functions of the bank. This position may be located either in Krakow or Wroclaw.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • experience working at consulting companies

-10+ years of experience in being a Project Manager

  • Project Management certificates (PMP, PRINCE, etc)

  • lead the planning and delivery of work packages that are either independent or part of a large program

  • lead small teams of SMEs to deliver results based on the objectives, scope, deliverables, and resources agreed by the project stakeholders

  • managed project progress reporting such as financial reports, resource forecasts, benefits tracking, and risks / issues management

You are:

  • fluent in English, and any other European language - would be an asset

  • great at managing stakeholders and building networks

  • constructive team player
