Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of project tasks? Do you have strong analytical skills? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
•\tMaintain and reforecast of the IT budgets, ensuring accuracy of forecast data and other programme financials as required, driving financial discipline and transparency around both the Functional and Programme cost base
•\tAssist with the financial month end cycle such as time booking, aged accruals, forecasting meet financial calendar deadlines
•\tSupport the Financial Management Business Manager in delivery of all planning and forecasting reviews
•\tMaintain of the invoices to assist with driving accuracy of the actuals and accruals
•\tSeek opportunities to improve and challenge the existing processes to drive efficiencies across Equities IT
•\tEnsure that internal and external requirements and requests for information are met to a high standard. The nature of the role means that ad-hoc requests need to be supported alongside “business as usual” activities to support Equities IT Business Managers and other Stakeholder’s requirements

You will be working in the Equities IT Business Management team in Krakow-Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park) to support internal processes that are fundamental to ensuring the different departments (GCE, GFS, GED and Risk & PnL) within Equities IT runs smoothly. The range of work for this team are vast, which includes Program Management, Workforce Management, Financial Management, ad hoc requests etc.. whilst facing off to a range of different stakeholders Central IBIT Business Managers, Equities IT managers and business partners.
This role will be part of the Financial Management team within the Equities IT Business Management Team, carrying out a variety of different tasks in order to achieve financial discipline and provide cost transparency for the Equities IT department.
Your experience and skills:
• A university/bachelor degree
•\tGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous but can learn on the job, will be a plus if you have VBA skills
•\tStrong analytical skills
•\tDetailed oriented, with structured, organised, methodical planning skills for working with large data sets
•\tFluent in English (written and spoken)
•\tDelivery focused, pro-active personality
•\tConscientious and resilient
•\tEager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
