Your role:

Your team:

You’ll be working in the HR Development sub-team of the HR Reporting & Analytics team which sits in the Human Resources Department.

We are responsible for the delivery of HR reporting and analysis tools for use across the UBS Group. The team will be focused on identifying and delivering automation solutions for other HR teams using RPA tools and will be highly aligned with HR Digital Team. The HR Reporting and Analytics team is spread across the world with the largest groups in London, Zurich, New York and Krakow. The Development team is predominantly based in Krakow.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– 3-5 years of experience in a relevant data analysis or IT role;

– an engineering or programming background, with experience with Robotic Process Automation suites / task automation (Automation Anywhere or similar software);

– proficiency in Visual Basic for MS Applications

– knowledge of Python would be an asset

You are:

– curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently as well as in a team;

– a strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing (you can also explain technology to non-technical audiences);

– able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment;

– assertive to liaise with clients and manage relationships
