  • work with HR Service Delivery colleagues, HRBPs, Line Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions reflect best practice and meet business & labor law requirements within the given timeframe and other local and global parameters

  • collaborate with HR colleagues across HR Operations, Advisory and Payroll to ensure high quality, excellent customer satisfaction and agreed timeframes in POL, UK & CHE region while keeping focus on cost efficiency

  • lead, coach and guide HR Lifecycle Operations teams

  • effectively manage changes in dynamic environment and proactively plan the development and direction of your organization

  • support continuous process and procedure improvement initiatives, enhancing quality and efficiency and mitigate operational HR risks

  • drive and contribute in various projects enhancing HR service delivery

  • understand, measure, review HR services, tools, processes in order to continuously standardize and simplify the services, enhance Self Service rate and gain cost efficiency

  • create an aspiring environment people want to work in and promote HR function

Your team:

You’ll be responsible for the leadership of the HR Service Delivery CH/EMEA Lifecycle function in Krakow, accountable for the delivery of all Lifecycle Operations services to POL, UK & CHE. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR Operations, you will work in close collaboration with the Regional HR Onboarding, Exit and Vetting & EXAR HR Operations functions.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • experience in a role like this (and you loved it)

  • strong service delivery focus and service oriented mind-set, drive and commitment

  • a high degree of client focus and a true service-oriented mindset

  • the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and succinctly, while adjusting to audience needs

  • strong judgment and decision making skills, careful when evaluating the risks of alternative

  • language skills – at least an excellent level of English

  • HR background would be an asset
