The Deferred Compensation Team sits within Group Reward. The team sits in London and Krakow (Green Office) and manages UBS Deferred Compensation plans, on a global basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a team which has such direct exposure to the Heads of Reward, Human Resources and UBS Group AG.
Your main duties will be assisting with the lifecycle of the UBS Deferred Compensation Plans and the award Buy Out process.
Your experience and skills:
– professional experience in similar role or in HR,
– an university degree
– ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
– strong analytical skills
– strong with numbers and can perform basic functions in Microsoft Excel
– a proactive person
– a good communicator
– familiar with Deferred Compensation
– a strong English speaker
– self-motivated team player with the drive and enthusiasm to learn
