Your role:

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

– support the branch management team administratively

– assist with resolving client issues

– communicate and implement our administrative and risk management guidelines and policies

– support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including payroll for support staff

– assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees

– coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– 1-3 years of relevant branch operations experience

– college degree required

– proven written and verbal communication skills

You are:

– independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action

– passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills

– a self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
