UBS Financial Services Client Onboarding Specialist in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Your role:

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Responsible for controls around new client onboarding including documentation review and KYC screening ensuring static data maintained is accurate and complete.

  • Direct liaison with; and support to internal clients including operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk Management, Project change team etc

  • Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies. Maintain awareness of potential legislative and UBS policy breaches; proactively review to prevent occurrence.

  • Engage in adhoc projects including systems testing (UAT), process improvement, and regulatory change initiatives.

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Middle Office Team in Hong Kong. Our team is responsible for new client onboarding documentation controls. We provide critical support to Client Advisor & Assistant as well as other valued partners within UBS Wealth Management Hong Kong.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • A university degree with 3- 5 years of experience in a Client Onboarding, KYC and/or Documentations role

  • strong problem solving skills and adaptability to process, system and regulatory changes

  • a high degree of organizational skills; controls and process oriented and attention to detail

  • Experience in team management will be a plus - evidenced with ability to plan and effectively organize work allocation and team capacity.

You are:

  • client service oriented and enjoys dealing with people (enjoy working in a team based environment, adaptable interpersonal skills)

  • willing to learn with strong commitment, motivation and positive attitude
