Your role:

Are you dependable, conscientious with a keen eye for detail? Do you have strong analytical skills? Are you well organized and precise? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

– provide administrative support to the portfolio, programme and / or project manager using agreed project management methodologies

– organize and facilitate various workshops and team meetings

– maintain documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables

– produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control

– design, implement and manage KPI and / or Quality Assurance Reviews

Your team:

You’ll be working within the Change Management function based in Jersey, Channel Islands. The team undertakes all aspects of Change Management from project initiation to business transition. The current portfolio sees a blend of regulatory, mandatory and strategic initiatives. The team has undergone its own significant change over the past 12-18 months and is now looking to recruit a number of candidates to help build a diverse team equipped to deliver excellence to our stakeholders.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– a strong educational background, ideally holding a degree or relevant professional qualification

– 2 years' experience working within the finance sector

– a background in administration and / or operational process

– an understanding of the project lifecycle and / or differing change management methods

– the ability to deliver multiple tasks simultaneously to the same level of accuracy

– experience working to strict timelines

You are:

– detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills

– wanting to forge a career in Change or Project Management

– eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams

– conscientious and resilient

– a fast learner who is willing to learn new skills
