Your experience and skills:
–\tA degree in Information Technology/ Software engineering.
–\ta natural ability to solve complex issues
–\tTechnical Experience in a role like this supporting time critical applications.
–\tsupported both packaged and custom solutions
–\tbanking and custody know-how
–\tstrong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
–\ta confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
–\tcapable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services
–\tWilling to learn and adapt to new technologies and an aptitude for all levels of Support work.
–\tSpecialist level of knowledge on Unix, Unix scripting and programing skills, Wintel OS exposure.
–\tExposure to additional technologies such as Middleware IBM MQ, Tibco RV, EMS and MSSQL would be advantages
–\tLanguages English (Speaking and writing), German
