Your role:

educate clients on account services and capabilities

prioritize account service requests and review daily reports so they can be appropriately processed

provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your experience and skills:

an excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (and you know how to handle challenging situations)

analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody’s business)

dynamic and flexible team player

independent, motivated, proactive, and focused

detail oriented (nothing gets past you)

demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

series 7 and 66 (or obtained within a determined timeframe).
