UBS Financial Services Registered Client Service Associate in Dallas, Texas
Oversee client on-boarding process, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
Input client information into the financial planning tools and Firm tools
Educate clients on account services and capabilities
Prioritize account service requests and review daily reports so they can be appropriately processed
Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, prepare travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance.

3 – 5 years of client service experience
Series 7 and 66 licenses (preferred)
College degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Detailed oriented (nothing gets past you) and the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
