We are looking for someone who can help us support the front office while servicing clients.

You will:

  • support the Relationship Manager and Investment Advisors in their daily client business

  • be the point of entry for processing client orders such as account openings and account maintenance

  • assist in all administrative tasks and organizational matters in relation to client’s general inquiries and related to their investments and operational aspects

  • carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting

  • keep in contact with internal and external clients

Your team:

You'll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) Israel HNW in Zurich. We are a pooled client advisor assistant team which is responsible for providing flawless support to the front office which is delivering high quality investment advice to wealthy individuals in the Israeli market. We work closely with various departments within Wealth Management to ensure the best service for our clients. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship) or alternatively a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

  • experience in a similar role dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors

  • great computer skills, ideally with UBS programs e.g. CAWB, Subitop, CBD, etc. as well as willingness to learn new tools and processes and applications

  • the ability to work accurately and efficiently

  • excellent organization and communication skills

You are:

  • a highly motivated team player with a sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to changing environment

  • a detail-oriented and reliable person

  • able to work under pressure and be perfectly organized

  • fluent in English and German, other languages (an additional assets)
