The PEX Deployment Office team supports the entire PEX CoE organization, and is an integral part of the GCOO COO organization. Its primary objective is to support the coordination of the PEX transformation across UBS globally. Being the central coordination team, the PEX Deployment Office helps to plan and prioritize projects, provide reports and analytics, and coordinate staffing and resource deployment. In addition, the team provides day-to-day operational support to the global leadership team.
Your experience and skills:
Minimum 3 years as Business Analyst in a large financial institution
Good understanding of operational processes within the financial services industry
Proven track record of outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
Ability to communicate well with a wide range of senior stakeholders, build trust and work efficiently
Results driven, open personality
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, German is an advantage
