­ Deliver feasibility, impact and economic assessments for new innovative offerings, initiatives and projects

­ Drive and foster strategic innovation by establishing platform vision and initiating corresponding business cases

­ Outline and prepare overarching roadmap of IPS platform developments & rollouts into different markets, client segments, channels and locations.

­ Partner up with internal business and IT partners to develop an aligned and thoughtful IPS platform strategy.

­ Prepare and initiate meaningful senior management discussion on platform related topics

Your team:

You’ll be working in the area of Investment Platforms Solutions (IPS) in the Platform Strategy Team. The team delivers the platform strategy which is in-line with the overall business priorities of IPS and Wealth Management. Utilizing strong strategic skills, industry experience and functional expertise, the team looks beyond standard solutions to develop new insights, business strategies, prototypes and derives the platform strategy to position our business even stronger and to achieve the corresponding goals.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

­ university degree or equivalent (e.g. Economics, Engineering) and any other certification (e.g. CFA, AZEK, CBAP) is an advantage

­ multiple years of work experience as a senior consultant, business analyst or business architect in the area of Wealth or Asset Management

­ a thorough understanding of financial industry, demographic and technology trends and analysis which are related to the evolution of wealth management client segments.

­ high affinity for user experience and the design aspects of solutions as well as general good understanding of Information Technology

You are:

­ a highly motivated and self-directed top performer with proven results driving business objectives, known for hitting deadlines and willing to go the extra mile

­ able to build partnerships internally and to create a good presence

­ happy to deal with ambiguity and demanding stakeholders

­ excited about the future, new technology and digital business models

­ a strong analytical and systematic thinker, quick learner with a curios mind and passion for Wealth Management

­ the Master in PowerPoint and Excel

­ fluent in English and German (oral and written)
