We are looking for an IT Support Analyst in the eBanking and mobile Banking Area.
Your duties include
General Request, Incident and Problem Management
Analyze and help solve production issues
Communicate with Operations, L1, L2, L3 and other stakeholders
Maintain a knowledge database
Intense production verification and testing of our Banking applications
Willing to work on weekends

Our team is part of the Technology Services - Application Support Group and is responsible for second level IT support regarding Request Management, Incident Management and Problem Management for eBanking and mobile banking.
Your experience and skills:
– Banking experience
– General banking and technology know-how (mobile OS-systems, internet browser and security skills)
– A dedication to get in touch with IT technology (servers, databases, files)
– a natural ability to understand and solve complex issues
– the ability to organize tasks and next steps
– a confident communicator who can explain technology to non-technical audiences
– capable of understanding client needs and translating this into efficient incident support
– fluent in German and English
