Your role:

Do you have a knack for analyzing IT business processes? Are you able to manage projects efficiently? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:

– determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them

– conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting end user interviews

– support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved

– assist in quality control and project management

– identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements

You’ll be working in the GCOO Service Portfolio Management - Tool Management team in Zurich.

We are the team accountable for defining, implementing, and maintaining the target system landscape to support the Service Management Framework (SMF) capabilities.

The target landscape includes all systems used for service catalog management, service financial management, performance management, and reporting.

The team ensures interoperability among the SMF systems.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– experience applying business analysis techniques and project management experience

– the ability to interpret a set of business requirements and work with IT to develop robust solutions (you know what they really want)

– an understanding of the software development lifecycle

– strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)

You are:

– passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications

– technically savvy with an appreciation for business capabilities

– adaptable, able to work across teams and functions, an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills

– a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude, who is known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks

– fluent in English, German
