Your role:

Are you great at servicing internal stakeholders organizing state-of-the-art events for our external clients? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us to:

–\tDeveloping and executing across the different business segments

–\tResponsible for all activities associated with an event, e.g. venue research and onsite presence during event, sourcing and/or production of event materials, invitation process, speaker logistics

–\torganize events and hospitality platforms across different business segments as well as fairs with all associated activities such as venue research, onsite presence, production of marketing materials

–\tManagement of external agencies and partners

–\tReporting, forecasting and budgeting

–\tBringing innovative ideas into existing and new event platforms

Your team:

You’ll be working in the marketing team of UBS Asset Management in Zurich, reporting to the Head Event Management and Hospitality. We are responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art Event and Hospitality management for mainly wealth management, third-party wholesale and institutional segments. This includes off- and online marketing measures, working together with our offshore centers and external parties.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

–\tMaster/bachelor degree in marketing and/or project management

–\tat least five years work experience in event management or similar role, partially in financial services and/or asset management

–\tproven project management skills coupled with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

–\tKnowledge of marketing production tasks in an asset

–\ta can do attitude and the ability to constructively interact with internal clients and management members

–\tFluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage

You are:

–\ta strong team player

–\ta superior communicator understanding the client needs and challenging the status quo

–\table to run multiple projects simultaneously, keeping close contact with stakeholders delivering in time

–\tsolution oriented, open minded individual

–\tcreative and innovative in your way of thinking

–\thave sophisticated MS office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
