coordinate and support the implementation of the automatic exchange of information in Booking Center Switzerland
establish, lead and participate in interdisciplinary working groups
drive the definition and the implementation of relevant processes (including Run-the-Bank processes)
develop, update and maintain client and client advisor information material
coordination with internal stakeholders
handle client advisor questions in cooperation with Group Tax, Legal, Compliance & Operational Risk Control and other stakeholders

Our small team of dedicated professionals is managing the roll-out of AEI in Booking Centre Switzerland. We ensure a consistent, systematic and timely implementation of this initiative, leveraging know-how and resources in the relevant specialist areas (Group Tax, Legal, Compliance & Operational Risk Control, IT etc.).
Your experience and skills:

strong analytical and interpersonal skills
sound written and verbal communication skills

experienced in business - and or project management
able to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders on different hierarchical levels

a proactive team player who ensures implementation towards agreed goals and timelines
fluent in English and German (verbal & writing), any additional language an asset
