Your role:

Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can help us support the Client Advisors in the Advisory Office Panama.

You`ll:

  • proactively advise client advisors, mainly located in Panama, on Switzerland`s product shelf and processes

  • provide support by acting as main point of contact for Quality Desk

  • facilitate account management

  • lead complex transactions

  • perform risk management procedures

  • support and lead projects within Quality Desk

  • support the implementation of QD Brazil

  • perform trainings to colleagues in QD and in the global Advisory Offices

Your team:

You`ll be working in the Quality Desk Switzerland in Zurich, which is part of the Central Client Capabilities for EEM. We are responsible for delivering high quality support to our global Advisory Offices. We work closely together with various departments within the bank to ensure the best service for our clients. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • completed an apprenticeship in a bank or higher basic education

  • a strong \"hands-on mentality\"

  • higher banking education is an advantage but not a must (BBA, AZEK, or similar)

  • at least 3 to 5 years of banking experience, preferably in Wealth Management (CAA, Junior IA, PRS or similar)

  • good organizational skills

You are:

  • open minded, self-driven, highly committed and a strong team player with a good sense of humor

  • fluent in spoken and written English, preferably also Portuguese or Spanish knowledge (not a must)
