You’ll be working in Business Analysis team for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Zurich. Our team is supporting the area of CRM, which belongs to the core component of the bank. You will be supporting various projects during the different phases and work closely together with your business colleagues as well with those representing interfacing application systems.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics

– business analysis experience in the financial industry (preferably in the area of channels or CRM)

– strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)

You are:

– an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills

– a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude

– able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team

– known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks

– fluent in German and English
