You’ll be leading a newly established team in Wroclaw / Poland, which is highly motivated to handle and optimize the data document processes within its responsibility as well as to ensure the best possible service for clients and stakeholders. As the team leader of this new group you will be responsible for the operational steering as well as for the coordination of tasks and resources. You are the first contact for the supported business units and your direct management. Next to the support of the data entering processing, preparatory work for risk management as well as continuously monitoring of the agreed quality service levels are your key tasks.
Your experience and skills:
2/3 years of experience as team leader
high risk awareness
high client service orientation
good technical understanding and problem solving
fluent in Italian and English (verbal /writing)
good in people management
