Are you rigorous in putting every application under test before hand over to production users? We're looking for someone with that passion who can help us define the Project Test Strategy and own the delivery of testing for an multiple projects including Functional, Non Functional and Automated Testing:
plan, organize and control all project test activities, functional, manual, automation and regression including monitoring of test progress and providing test reporting, defining and implementing program test strategy, test plans and test approach, defect management, test effort estimation, resource plans and test schedules
implement, manage and control the test process and SDLC Testing Deliverables and quality gates w
establish KPI's/Metrics to measure the testing process and conduct PIR's in relation to QA in order to identify continuous improvements within the test process while coaching business users in acceptance test procedures
build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation. Participate in and contribute to team activities; create a positive work atmosphere and maintain team morale while coaching and forecasting test resources
manage communication with project and business stakeholders and provide reviews and reports status to the QA Manager

You'll be working in the Wealth Management Americas Quality Assurance program team in Weehawken. Our role is part of a central QA organization which supports different business areas with WMA.
Your experience and skills:
outstanding communication skills, team management and the ability to work in a global team with excellent stakeholder management skills
created Test Estimates, Test Resource Plans, test plans, completion reports and Post Implementation Reviews as well as defined and owned the testing strategy for large programs, managed all test cases and defects in appropriate tools, providing program audit trail
experience of delivering complex/large scale testing programs ideally in the Advisory domain with sound knowledge and delivery experience on the following test types/phases: Systems Test, Integration Test, E2E Test, User Acceptance Test, Data Migration Test, Performance/Load/Stress Test, Security Test, Test automation and Usability Tests
good understanding of Risk based Testing and Agile Test methodology; able to implement and drive those within the program and experience in Test Management and Defect Management tools such as HP ALM
significant experience in a range of modern Automation and Performance test tools such as Cucumber, SOAP UI, HP Performance Center with a good understanding of Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration (e.g. TeamCity, Jenkins)
experience in orchestrating multi-tier Test Automation frameworks that can be utilized at both a platform and service level, ideally within Continuous Integration environment
liaised with members of the testing and development teams along with project stakeholders
strong communication skills
have managed test teams of 5 or more Test Engineers with strong experience managing and handling complex testing challenges
