You'll be working in the Project Portfolio Controlling (PPC) team within Group Technology Operating Management, in Weehawken, NJ. We ensure an effective and efficient Operating and Control environment across Group Technology, delivered within agreed operating plans, whilst providing portfolio management services across the firm. The PPC stream is accountable for delivering consistent change the bank (CTB) portfolio planning, reporting and portfolio assessment. This role will require you to work closely with stakeholders within Group Technology, the divisional Governance committees, Finance, Group Strategic Change Management, other streams in the COO and the program and portfolio management communities.
Your experience and skills:
advanced Excel skills (some Access skills preferred)
additional reporting technical skills desirable (e.g. tableau)
a broad understanding of IT functions, processes and organizations
strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
the proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
a gift for converting “data” to actionable management information
a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and across the globe
adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
able to assess new ideas and provide implementable solutions
