Are you passionate about developing review and challenge processes to support a firm-wide capital planning exercise? Do you know how to Identify, analyze and assess risks associated with using financial models?

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Assist in setting standards to facilitate review and challenge process in the capital planning exercise.

  • Understand and provide critical assessment of models used in capital planning exercise.

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different functions within the bank to support the internal capital planning process

  • Possess quantitative and technology skills necessary to act as a facilitator of review and challenge process for internal capital planning exercise

  • Report findings to Senior Management teams in governance committees

Your team:

The Effective Review & Challenge (ERC) team is a team operating under the head of the CCAR program within Finance. The team is a part of CCAR central team and works alongside the regional treasury team, risk control and other key oversight functions such as model validation and internal audit.

Your experience and skills:

  • A university degree in engineering, finance, economics, business administration or a numerical discipline

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of fundamental financial models and their implications.

  • Exposure to or detailed knowledge of significant regulatory rules/initiatives and the development of programs to address significant regulatory rule/initiatives compliance; CCAR knowledge is preferred.

  • Knowledge of financial products and services offered by investment banks, asset manager and wealth managers
